Blanca, Puerto Banus, Marbella is a fantastic development of privately owned apartments. It comprises
around 200 individual units ranging in size from studio up to four bedrooms.
All the properties have been built "house in house" and all have the advantage of views, whether of tropical gardens or gardens to sea. The landscaping everywhere is a delight with a very low ratio of land to build. The feeling of space everywhere is very apparent. There is a large swimming pool in the first phase and further spectacular swimming pools throughout the development.
All of the pools are arguably as lovely as each other, everybody has their own favorite, some have jacuzzis. Never at any time with such a variety of possibilities do any of the pools ever feel crowded (even in season). The beauty of carefully planned landscaping and green areas always apparent.
Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential, it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants and again just a short walk to the Hotel Andalucia Plaza and a further street / area where again a great many shop & quality restaurants are to be found.
Puerto Banus yacht harbour always interesting, is just a short walk away, ditto its beaches. Aldea Blanca really is fabulous place to own or let its reputation well stablished as perhaps as sought after and popular as anywhere in this immediate and high prestige area.
